Optimizations

Simplified the maintenance time rules for the Corporation Frontline Outpost. Now, when an adjacent system has been occupied, you can only choose the maintenance time of any adjacent system. Removed the restrictions related to constellations.

Bug Fixes

Fixed an issue where some systems could not anchor the Corporation Frontline Outpost or had abnormal anchoring time. If you have encountered this issue, you can request customer service to modify the time.
