1. Why am I receiving negative delivery rewards?

Fortunately, the reward is being sent correctly, but it isn't showing properly (display bug). The root cause of this is actually somewhat complex, so we need more time to fix this.

 

2. Why does my text disappear from chat whenever I warp?

To improve the chat experience, we have added two new features in the chat system:

a. Unsent text is automatically in the chat bar.

b. Whenever players are warping through the stargate, the chat window and keyboard won't be hidden.

 

3. Why am I unable to use alliance chat since I formed the alliance last Saturday?

This issue was a result of a chat server issue on November 9 and was fixed on the same day.

 

4. Screen went black. Couldn't move or log out.

5. It happened to me where I lost my ship before. The same bug still happens. Please fix it my ship. It is fully fitted, but is not showing anything on screen.

6. The interface UI of the chat disappeared.

1. Could we add skins for mining barges? Miners wanna look good too!

During the holiday season, some ship SKINs for mining barges will be available in the New Eden Store. We hope you will like them!

 

2. Add an option to report a corporation with a racist name.

We will consider to add the "Report" option under the Corporation Profile menu.

 

3. The date and time of phone are over the top of your game... so while in PvE or PvP, it makes it difficult to bring up the menu for docking or jumping, as trying to press them opens my phone notifications. Only way to remedy it is to log out and log back in.

The game does not have access to managing your device settings. We suggest turning off the display in your device temporarily.

 

4. Please add a notification whenever you receive a contract.

Thank you for your feedback! We have added notifications whenever a player receives a contract. Furthermore, We will consider adding notifications whenever receiving new messages.

 

5. When the player names a corporation, sometimes only the first four letters of the corporation are displayed. After this bug is fixed, players who have completed the naming need to spend PLEX in correcting the name which is not their fault.

If you suffered the corporation name length bug when creating the corporation, go to the in-game Customer Support Center service to request a FREE name change now. Sorry for the inconvenience.
