Race Overview
To improve pilots' Racing skills and provide more opportunities for competition and communication, EVE Echoes will host the first Super Legion Duel Open.
This Race brings a major overhaul!
🔥 Dual Sessions Unlocked: two independent Sessions are now live—“Regular Tonnage” and “Small Flagship Tonnage”—and the same legion can register for both at the same time!
🔥 Brand-new Qualifiers mechanism: All eligible Legions can sign up, and the top 32 Legions will be decided through a PvE time-attack Qualifiers race to enter the Elimination!
🔥 Elimination Mode revamped: say goodbye to traditional tower‑pushing—brand‑new Capture Mode is here! Fight over 3 neutral Buildings on the battlefield, rack up Victory X‑Coins, and decide the winner in 30 minutes!
🔥 Sovereign System Rewards: In each Session, the top 4 Legions will directly obtain a Limited Exclusive sovereign star system, leaving your immortal mark among the stars!
This Duel Open is a pilot run and also the starting point for the operations team to build the event into a long‑term experience. During the Race, if pilots encounter any issues or have any comments or suggestions, feel free to send us feedback at any time. Let's work together to gradually improve the Race.
In case of emergencies or force majeure, Perspective Media may temporarily Adjust elements such as timing and Rules during the Race to ensure the best experience and fairness for participating Legions.
Overall Session Schedule
Note: For all times below, domestic time is based on Beijing Time; Overseas time is based on the UTC+0 time zone.
From 12:00:00 a.m., March 7, 2026 to 10:59:59 p.m., March 28, 2026, for a total of 4 weeks.
To ensure the standardization and convenience of the competition, this event will use an automated Session schedule controlled by the Server.
The Race time for this event is fixed. Please decide whether to participate based on your own play schedule, pilots.
In this Race, the Open Qualifiers are a Special Challenge automatically created by the System, and do not require any extra action from the Legion Commander or Director. However, do not initiate other Challenge requests within 2 hours before or after the match time, and do not manually cancel the System-created Challenge, to avoid abnormal league data. If such situations occur and cause data anomalies, they will be treated as a forfeit.
The Elimination currently works the same as a Basic Challenge: the Legion CEO or Director must initiate or accept the match on the Event page and pay the battlefield rent at least 1 hour before the Race time. Otherwise, it will be treated as a forfeit and the Legion will lose its Qualification to participate, which cannot be restored.

Registration Rules
1. Legion CEOs and Directors can register on the Event page and may sign up for both the Regular Tonnage and Small Flagship Tonnage Sessions at the same time. This Race uses a no-loss Mode. Different Sessions require different fees: the registration fee for the Regular Tonnage Session is 10,000,000,000 (10 billion) Legion Star Coins, and the registration fee for the Small Flagship Tonnage Session is 30,000,000,000 (30 billion) Legion Star Coins. Once registration is successful, the registration fee will not be Refunded.

2. When signing up, you must provide a roster of 20–30 participants for each Session. Only pilots on the participant roster may later enter the battlefield. The rosters for the two Sessions are completely separate, and members cannot take part in both.
3. The maximum number of participants in a single appointment match is 20. Once a registered member enters the battlefield, they will occupy one slot for that match, and leaving midway will not unlock the occupied slot. When all slots are used up, the remaining members on the participant list who have not yet entered the battlefield will not be able to enter this battlefield.
4. Before the registration Stage ends, the legion CEO or director may freely modify the list of participants.
5. After the registration Stage ends, members can no longer be changed, including members who quit midway through the Race. Legion CEOs and Directors should choose carefully.
Emphasis:
During the Legion League, please avoid initiating other match appointment requests within 2 hours before or after your match time to prevent abnormal league data.
For the Elimination, the legion CEO or director must initiate and accept the match on the Event page 1 hour before the Race time and pay the battlefield rental fee.
Legion Registration Restrictions
1. Legion Tech Lv. 6 or above
2. The Legion must have been established for at least 30 days.
3. The Legion must have at least 50 members.
4. The Corporation must have at least 20 Omega members
5. The legion CEO is not under any ban.
6. The Legion is not currently banned or under disciplinary punishment.
During the tournament, the total Executives and Directors of each Corporation will be regarded as the Default contacts, so the Camera View Media development team can communicate and confirm with them before and after the matches.
Participant Restrictions
1. The member must have been in the current corporation for at least 30 days.
2. The participant’s Account is not banned.
3. In the same Race, a player may only take part in one Session. For example, if you participate in the regular tonnage Session, you cannot join the capital-ship tonnage Session.
4. Participants must not be in a Race cooldown / rest period.
[Race Intermission]
1. In a single Race, participants from any Legion that finishes in the Top 4 of any Session will enter a Race cooldown period and will be unable to sign up for the Legion League for the following 2 seasons.
2. Example: In Corporation A, if a player on List A takes NO. 1 in the small capital ship tonnage category, and a player on List B fails to reach the top 4 in the regular category, then all members on Corporation A’s List A (whether or not they entered the battlefield) will receive the Race cooldown period.
3. The Race cooldown period will not be removed if a pilot leaves their original Legion and joins a new one.
General Instructions
1. The Legion Duel Open is divided into a regular tonnage Session and a small capital tonnage Session. In the regular tonnage Session, only battleships and smaller ships may be used. In the small capital tonnage Session, only assault carriers, combat support ships, carriers, dreadnoughts, and battleships and smaller ships may be used. The same legion may register for both Sessions at the same time.
2. Each Session is divided into Open Qualifiers and Elimination. The Open Qualifiers are mainly a 20-player PvE instance, where participants must enter the battlefield during the match time and eliminate the Integrated Department’s simulated Hunters troops. The match results will be ranked based on clear time and the number of monsters killed, and the Top 32 legions will Promote to the Elimination stage. In the Elimination, the 32 Promoted legions will be randomly matched by the System for 1v1 matches, using a 20-player capture Mode. Members of both sides must capture the 3 stronghold Buildings on the Racetrack within the Racing time and continuously gain Points provided by the captured stronghold Buildings. The winner will Promote to the next round of Elimination. For detailed Rules, please refer to the “Open Qualifiers” and “Elimination” sections below.
3. This Race uses a non-loss Mode. For each Session, each match will have 15 minutes of preparation time and 30 minutes of Racing time. If no pilot enters the battlefield before the preparation time ends, that Race will be void. The Open Qualifiers result will be 0, and in the Elimination Stage the initiating side will be declared the winner.
4. The Open Qualifiers are Special matches automatically created by the System. To prevent excessive time concentration from causing Server issues, once the Open Qualifiers Stage begins, the System will randomly group participating corporations and schedule Open Qualifiers that start a few minutes apart. To ensure fairness, after a corporation finishes its first Open Qualifier, the corporation CEO will receive a Mail asking whether to request a rematch. The CEO must confirm whether to rematch within 20 minutes. After confirming, the System will automatically initiate an Open Qualifier rematch, which will start 30 minutes after the previous Open Qualifier ends. The final Open Qualifiers result will use the best Score from the two Races.
5. The Elimination will adopt a single-elimination Tournament format, consisting of five Sessions: Round of 32 to 16, 16 to 8, 8 to 4, 4 to 2, and the Champion and third-place matches. To increase the randomness of the Match pairings, the Matchups for the 8-to-4 and 4-to-2 Sessions will be randomly reshuffled once.
6. If the participating corporations’ completion rate for the Race is insufficient, the Race will end ahead of schedule.
1) If fewer than 2 Legions Promote from the Open Qualifiers, the Race ends.
2) If fewer than half of the teams advance in the Elimination stage, the Race will be terminated.
a. In the Top 32 to Top 16 phase, if fewer than 8 Teams Promote, the Race ends and is counted as having received the Top 8 Rewards.
b. In the Top 16 to Top 8 stage, if fewer than 4 Teams Promote, the Race ends and the participants are treated as having earned the 4th-place Rewards.
c. In the Top 8 to Top 4 stage, if fewer than 2 Teams are Promoted, it will be considered as winning the Champion Rewards.
7. Race Rewards will be distributed within a certain period after the entire Session ends.
Emphasis:
During the Legion League, please avoid initiating other match appointment requests within 2 hours before or after your match time to prevent abnormal league data.
For the Elimination, the legion CEO or director must initiate and accept the match on the Event page 1 hour before the Race time and pay the battlefield rental fee.
RACE MODE
Open Qualifiers
1. The Qualifiers are a Special match automatically created by the System. To avoid Server issues caused by too many matches being concentrated in the same time window, once the Qualifiers Stage begins, the System will randomly divide the participating Corporations into batches and create Qualifier matches that start a few minutes apart. For fairness, after a Corporation finishes its first Qualifier match, the Corporation CEO will receive a Mail asking whether to request a rematch. The CEO must confirm within 20 minutes whether to rematch. After confirming, the System will automatically initiate a Qualifier rematch, which will begin 30 minutes after the previous Qualifier ends. The final Qualifier result will take the best Score from the two Races.
2. The Open Qualifiers is a 20-player PvE Mode. During the Event, participants must enter the battlefield and eliminate the CONCORD-simulated Abyssal forces. The results will be Ranked based on clear time and the number of enemies destroyed. The top 32 Legions will Promote to the Elimination.
3. Legion members can pilot ships from the space station, personal fortress, or legion fortress into the battle arena. After entering the Open Qualifiers, there will be 15 minutes of preparation time, during which warping is not allowed. After the preparation time ends, you must clear the Stage within 30 minutes.
4. In No-Loss Mode, players can re-enter the match multiple times after their ship is destroyed. However, note that as time passes and the match enters the latter Half, entering the battlefield will be subject to a Cooldown limit, with a maximum wait time of 120 seconds. Please proceed with caution during the match.
5. Match results will be displayed in the Session, but since there may be rematches in the Open Qualifiers, the Ranking may fluctuate. Please refer to the final Ranking at the end of the Qualifiers Stage.
6. During the Qualifiers Stage, the regular tonnage Session and the small flagship tonnage Session will be held on Saturday and Sunday respectively. Pilots, please pay attention to the race times.
7. Open Qualifiers Ranking Rules (top 32 legions by result will advance):
1) Stage Cleared time from fastest to slowest
2) If Stage Cleared time is the same, the selection will be random.
3) If the Stage is not Cleared, rankings are based on the number of monsters killed, from highest to lowest.
4) If the number of monsters killed is the same, the winner is chosen at random.
*During the Legion League, please avoid initiating other Match requests within 2 hours before or after the scheduled Match time, or actively canceling Matches created by the System, to prevent abnormal League data.
*If a Server error or other force majeure affects the progress of the Race, we will do our best to maintain fairness, but a rematch may not be possible. We appreciate your understanding.
*When re-entering the Qualifier battlefield, ship module CDs and Nanocore mode Cooldown Time will be reset.
Qualifier – Regular Bracket: Enemy Ship Info
In the Regular bracket, there are a total of 5 waves of anomaly enemies, with 60 ships in each wave for a total of 300 ships. They are mainly high-speed Cruisers, Battlecruisers, and Battleships equipped with a large number of electronic warfare modules.
Each wave contains around 5–10 Advanced Logistics ships, as well as Battleship-class units such as the Scorched Land class with extremely high defense. It’s recommended that your fleet brings sufficient logistics ships, closes in on the enemy group from a safe distance, and prioritizes high-threat targets.
Qualifier – Small Capital Ship Bracket: Enemy Info
In the Small Capital Ship bracket, there are a total of 5 waves of anomaly enemies. The first two waves consist of 45 ships each, and the last three waves consist of 50 ships each, for a total of 240 ships. They are mainly Battleships, carriers, and Lightweight Frigates equipped with a large number of electronic warfare modules.
Each wave contains around 5–10 Advanced Logistics ships, with siege-class carriers such as the Oblivion class as well as Assault Carriers, along with some Lightweight Frigates that pose an electronic warfare threat. It’s recommended that your fleet brings sufficient logistics ships and an escort wing, closes in on the enemy group from a safe distance, and prioritizes high-threat targets.
Elimination
1. In the Elimination, the System will randomly match the 32 promoted corporations for 1v1 battles. After entering the Elimination Stage, the corporation CEO or Director must initiate and accept matches on the Event page and pay the battlefield rent 1 hour before the Race time.
2. This Elimination uses a 20-player Occupation Mode. Members of both sides must capture 3 stronghold Buildings on the Racetrack during the Racing time, continuously earning Points from the captured stronghold Buildings. The winner will Promote to the next round of Elimination.
3. Legion members can enter the match battlefield in ships from space stations, personal citadels, or legion citadels. After entering the Elimination, there will be a 15-minute preparation phase during which warping is not allowed. When preparation ends, you must earn as many Points as possible within 30 minutes.
5. If both sides forfeit in the previous round, resulting in an odd number of Teams Promoting, then according to the random matchup Rules, a Team may receive a bye in the next round. In this case, the Team with the bye will directly Promote to the following round.
6. The Match results and information about the opposing side will be published in the corresponding Position under “Session” on the Event page after each Session ends.
Capture Mode overview:
This Mode is newly added to Legion Duels, and will be used for the Elimination part of this league.
1. Both sides each have one base and two small rally points. The base and small rally points cannot be attacked.
2. There are 3 neutral stronghold Buildings between the two bases. Strongholds cannot be attacked; pilots from both sides must Go to the stronghold area to capture it.
1) Capture progress only increases when members from a single Legion are within the Building’s area. Once the capture progress bar is full, the Building’s ownership will change.
2) If members from both Legions are within the Building’s area, the capture progress will be paused.
3) To capture a stronghold Building, at least one member of our Legion must remain within the Building’s area; otherwise, the ongoing capture progress will gradually reset.
4) After a stronghold Building is occupied by Legion A, when Legion B attempts to Seize it, the capture progress will first revert from occupied to neutral, and then proceed into Legion B’s occupied state.
4. In Capture Mode, an in‑match star map is available, showing the capture status of strongholds, current Points, the number of players on each side, and the remaining time.
The rules for displaying the number of enemies and allies are as follows:
1) Our position (base/rally point): Both friendly and enemy headcounts are visible.
2) Center Region: Both sides can see the number of friendlies and enemies.
3) Enemy positions (base/assembly point): the number of enemy and friendly units is not visible.

3. Each stronghold Building we occupy generates 100 Points every 10 seconds.
1) Before a stronghold Building becomes neutral, as long as it is under one side’s control and both sides are still contesting it, or its progress is currently being cleared, it will still provide bonus Points. Only after it becomes neutral will it stop giving Points.

5. Victory rules for Occupation Mode:
1) During the Racing time, the Legion that first reaches the target Points cap wins.
2) If time runs out, the corporation with the highest Points wins.
3) If Points are tied, the side that lost fewer ships wins.
4) If all of the above data are identical, the Match is considered a draw, and the initiator of this scheduled Match is deemed the winner.
Special win/lose conditions:
The legion must initiate or accept a Match on the Event page at least 1 hour before the Race start time. If a challenge is initiated but the Match is never actually played, the inviter may cancel the challenge and send a new Invite. If neither side initiates a Match during the Session, both sides will be deemed to have forfeited. If the invited side refuses to fight, deliberately stalls and does not fight, or the Match ends in a draw, the inviting side will be declared the winner. If both sides successfully initiate a Match but no one joins after it starts, the inviting side will be declared the winner.
