May 12 Version Patch Notes

Optimizations
1. Added a 1,000,000 free skill reset to help with skill changes due to significant balance changes. This free skill reset is available until the end of this month on May 31.
2. Added new ship trees for T10 ships.
3. Added industry jobs and reverse engineering jobs for T10 ships and freighters.
4. Added blueprints of all T10 ships. Added freighter and freighter blueprint categories in Market.
5. The Tech Level requirement for reverse engineering freighter blueprints, manufacturing and using freighters has been changed from 10 to 9.
6. Added delivery hangar info to the history log of industry jobs, showing which corporation hangar the job was delivered to.
7. Added Engineering Rigs to Guristas Inquisitors.
8. When an asset delivery is triggered at an outpost, it destroys all shipping containers at that outpost.
9. Due to changes made to some pirates' defensive capabilities, the rewards and combat difficulty of some Encounter missions have been adjusted accordingly.
10. Added a reminder that contracts require items to be repackaged.
11. Added a new sorting option that allows you to view Storyline Missions you haven't completed in Encounters.

12. The expiration time of the logistics container has been adjusted from a fixed 24 hours to a dynamic value.
     The formula for this is as follows: Expiration Time = Equivalent Jumps ÷ 10 [Rounded Up]

13. The trigger time of system logistics has been adjusted from a fixed 2 hours to a dynamic value, calculated as: Trigger Time = Expiration Time × 0.1
14. Reduced the cost of logistics containers: distance modifier adjusted from 1 to 0.25 in highsec and from 2 to 1 in lowsec.
15. Now the Corporation Members list will not reset after removing members or configuring positions.
16. Updated estimated prices according to current market transaction records.
17. Now the Navigation menu will pop up when you tap on the numbers of jumps displayed in the Interstellar Trading Center list in Market.
18. Added proper resources for capital ship components.
19. Added an icon for capital ships.
20. Capital Ship Component Manufacture and Freighter Manufacture are now available. Blueprints for Capital Ship components are now available in the market. Capital Ship component building skills have been added.
21. Added Command Bursts and blueprints in Market and Industry Jobs.
22. Added Command Bursts to Scout container drops.
23. Added Command Burst related skills.
24. Added Freighter skills such as Operations, Engineering, Defense, and Manufacturing.

Ship Adjustments
1. For Bhaalgorn, each level of Advanced Large Beam Laser Operation now increases Large Beam Laser damage by 18% instead of 15%.
2. For Nightmare, each level of Advanced Large Beam Laser Operation now increases Large Beam Laser damage by 12% instead of 10%.
3. For Machariel, each level of Advanced Large Cannon Operation now increases Large Cannon damage by 6% instead of 5%.
4. For Vindicator, each level of Advanced Large Railgun Operation now increases Large Railgun damage by 14% instead of 12%.
5. For Rattlesnake, each level of Advanced Large Drone Operation increases Large Drone damage by 12% instead of 10%; each level of Advanced Battleship Command increases Missile Torpedo kinetic/thermal damage by 12%/12% instead of 10%/10%.
6. Increased the Shield, Armor, and Hull of all Blood Raider, Angel, Serpentis, Sansha and Guristas ships by 10%.
7. Reduced the powergrid required by all Large Remote Armor Repairers by roughly 20%.
8. Increased the base velocity of all Destroyers.
9. Slightly reduced the Capacitor capacity of Dominix.
10. All ships' shield, armor, and structure have been increased by 5%.
11. Reduced the number of weapon slots of all Heavy Interdictors, added one mid slot, boosted shields, armor, and structure by 5.88%, increased flight velocity by 7.14%, and reduced signature radius by 4.25%.
12. All Light Interdictors now have 2 high slots instead of 4, 4 low slots instead of 3. Shields, armor, and structure boosted by 5.88%, flight velocity increased by 7.14%, and signature radius reduced by 4.25%.
13. Sniper Destroyers at Tech Level 6 now have 2 mid slots instead of 3 and 4 low slots instead of 3. Assault Destroyers at Tech Level 7 now have 3 mid slots instead of 2, and 3 low slots instead of 4.
14. Boosted shield, armor, and structure of all Destroyers by 4.55%, and increased flight velocity by 15.55%.
15. Purifier II, Manticore II, Nemesis II, and Hound II now have 4 high slots instead of 3.
16. 8 new Frigates: Heron Explorer, Probe Explorer, Magnate Explorer, Imicus Explorer, Manticore III, Hound III, Purifier III, Nemesis III.
17. 8 new Destroyers: Cormorant III Interdictor, Thrasher III Interdictor, Coercer III Interdictor, Catalyst III Interdictor, Corax II Assault, Talwar II Assault, Dragoon II Assault, Algos II Assault.

24. Added four new Command Destroyers: Dragoon Command, Corax Command, Algos Command, and Talwar Command. Added four Tier IX Command Battlecruiser: Prophecy Command, Ferox Command, Myrmidon Command, and Cyclone Command.
25. For four Interceptor II Frigates (Executioner II Interceptor, Atron II Interceptor, Slasher II Interceptor and Condor II Interceptor), Advanced Electronic Warfare now increases Warp Scrambler/Warp Disruptor's Optimal Range by 6% per level instead of 5%; Advanced Frigate Command now increases weapon damage by 17.5% instead 15%.
26. For four Tier X Interceptor Cruiser (Maller Interdictor, Moa Interdictor, Rupture Interdictor and Thorax Interdictor), Advanced Propulsion Jamming now increases effect radius of Warp Disruption Field by 10% instead of 5%.
27. For Typhoon, each level of Large Missile/Torpedo operation now increases Large Missile/Torpedo explosion velocity by 7.5% instead of 5%.
28. For Raven Striker, each level of Advanced Large Missile/Torpedo operation now increases Large Missile/Torpedo damage by 6% instead of 5%. For Apocalypse Striker, each level of Beam Laser now increases Large Beam Laser damage/Tracking Velocity by 8%/5% instead of 10%/7.5%. For Megathron Striker, each level of Advanced Large Railgun now increases Large Railgun Damage/Tracking Velocity by 4%/5% instead of 5%/7.5%.
29. The bonus skill for Hyperion has been changed from Large Railgun Operation/Battleship Command to Advanced Large Railgun Operation/Advanced Battleship Command. Each level of Advanced Large Railgun Operation increases Large Railgun damage by 10% and Falloff Range by 7.5%; each level of Advanced Battleship Command increases the repairing amount of repairer by 7.5%.
30. The bonus skill for Rokh has been changed from Large Railgun Operation/Battleship Command to Advanced Large Railgun Operation/Advanced Battleship Command. Each level of Advanced Large Railgun Operation increases Large Railgun damage by 10% and Optimal Range by 12.5%; each level of Advanced Advanced Battleship Command increases Ship Shield Resistance by 4%.
31. The bonus skill for Abaddon has been changed from Large Beam Laser Operation/Battleship Command to Advanced Large Beam Laser Operation/Advanced Battleship Command. Each level of Advanced Large Beam Laser Operation increases Large Beam Laser damage by 9% and Optimal Range by 7.5%; each level of Advanced Battleship Command increases Ship Shield Resistance by 4%.
32. Maelstrom now has one more Mid Slot, The bonus skill for Maelstrom has been changed from Large Cannon Operation/Battleship Command to Advanced Large Cannon Operation/Battleship Command. Each level of Advanced Large Cannon Operation increases Large Cannon Damage by 5% and decrease Activation Time by 5%; each level of Advanced Battleship Command increases the repairing amount of repairer by 7.5%.
33. Badger II, Sigil II, Wreathe II and Nereus II now have 50% more Inventory Capacity.

Module Adjustments
1. All Beam Lasers and Railguns deal about 10% more damage.
2. All Missiles, Cannons and Decomposers deal about 4% more damage.
3. Reduced the explosion velocity of all large rapid missiles from 81 m/s to 70 m/s.
4. Added Hybrid Weapon Rigs and Structure Rigs to Guristas Inquisitor. Added Navigation Rigs and Structure Rigs to Sansha Inquisitor. Added Missile Rigs to Angel Inquisitor. Removed Navigation Rigs from Angel Inquisitor.
5. Powergrid and Capacitor consumption slightly increased based on modules' metalevel.
6. Adaptive Armor Hardener effect +33%, Reactive Armor Hardener effect +6.25%.
7. The efficiency of all Armor Repairers, Remote Armor Repairers, and Group Armor Repairers has increased by 10%.
8. Adjusted the powergrid required by Group Shield Boosters, Group Armor Repairers, Group Capacitor Transmitters, Shield Field Modules and Armor Link Modules to make them more suitable for ships of the matching tonnage.
9. Enhancements have been made to some of the Deadspace modules.

Bug Fixes
1. Fixed the issue where some corporations couldn't receive notices from their alliance.
2. Adjusted the turret hard point of stealth bombers and fixed the issue where the model of large torpedoes would pass through the ship.
3. Modified the way damage is calculated for Armor Link Modules; now it will be calculated separately based on each ship's own resistances.
4. Fixed an issue where some modules were not taking effect on NPC enemies, including but not limited to: resistance modules, shield extenders, passive effects of armor plates, etc.
