Patch Notes - April 20

EVE Echoes will undergo maintenance on 4/20/2022 at 08:00 (UTC+0) and will take approximately 120 minutes to complete. During this time, players will be unable to log in to the game. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience during the maintenance.

New Content
Combat Commendation
Capsuleers can apply to the CONCORD for an additional reward for each bounty gained from repelling Pirates in the last 7 days (open the Wallet page > Filter > Bounty Rewards). CONCORD will grant ISK equal to 100% of the Bounty as an additional reward to encourage Capsuleers to continue fighting Pirates and defending the peace of New Eden.
Each bounty can only be claimed once, and it would be better for Capsuleers to destroy pirates as quickly as possible to get better results and claim extra bounties. Also, there is a max limit for each bounty of 50 million for now.
The higher the Tech Level, the more times you can apply for combat commendation every week. Unused applications can be stored for up to 4 weeks for future use. Please check detailed rules in the in-game wallet interface.

Corporation Management Updates
When the Corporation leader is offline for more than 21 days, Corporation members can initiate a vote to change the CEO. Voting lasts for 48 hours. The vote is a registered ballot and the results will be made public. When voting is over, the Capsuleer with the highest number of votes will become the new Corps CEO.
Only Corporation members who have joined the Corporation and logged into the game within 3 days before the voting starts will be eligible to vote and can be voted for.

New Eden Store Updates
1. From April 21st to May 3rd, some limited-time packs will be added to the Hot Selection, such as "Lazarus Unit Value Bundle", "Lazarus Unit Bundle", "Lazarus Unit Special Offer", etc.
2. At weekends, some limited-time packs will be added to the Hot Selection, such as "Weekend Special Offer - Lazarus Unit Bundle", "Weekend Special Offer - Skill Conversion Bundle", etc. (From April 22 to April 24, and from April 29 to May 1st.)
3. After this update, some items will be no longer available in the New Eden Store, such as "Nanocore Supply Chest", "Combatant Supplies - Medium", "Manufacturer Supply", etc.

NEW EVENT
Lazarus Unit Gift
Considering that Capsuleers may have Lazarus Unit needs after the balance adjustment, the CONCORD will provide Capsuleers with Lazarus Unit gifts.
During the event, when the Tech Level reaches 5, you can receive the Lazarus Unit. For higher Tech Levels, each level will unlock more rewards to be claimed. The exact amount is in accordance with the in-game event page.

Balance Adjustments
Cosmic Anomaly
1. The blueprint types of the Inquisitor Anomalies, Relics locations and Capital Anomalies have been changed. Now the featured blueprints of each faction are more varied, while the gaps between average values are smaller.
Weapons, Shields and Armors aside, each Faction's advantages are:
Blood Raiders: Warp Stability, Battery, Capacitor Control Circuit, Powergrid, and Mining
Serpentis: Velocity, Inertia Modifier, Warp Speed, Cargo Hold, and Capacitor Control Circuit
Guristas: Cargo Hold, Warp Stability, Capacitor Control Circuit, Locking, and Drone
Angel: Velocity, Inertia Modifier, Warp Speed, Battery, and Locking
Sansha: Thruster Power Consumption, Velocity, Inertia Modifier, Cargo Hold, and Mining
2. All Data Sites now drop Combat/Engineering Integration Materials.
3. Sansha Deadspaces now drop Afterburners.
4. We have removed the bounty penalty coefficient in nullsec regions. After the adjustment, you can get 100% of the bounty for repelling Pirates, compared to 95% before the adjustment.

Encounters
The number of Encounters per day is now limited.
Alpha Clone
If daily Encounters accepted is greater than or equal to 40, you can no longer accept Encounters.
Omega Clone
If daily Encounters accepted is greater than or equal to 50, you can no longer accept Encounters.

Interdictors
1. All I and II Interdictors now have 1 more High Slot, all III Interdictors now have 2 more High Slots.
2. Thrasher II Interdictor and Thrasher III Interdictor now gain 3% damage bonus for each level. Other Interdictors gain 2.5% damage bonus for each level.
3. Interdictions and Heavy Interdiction Cruisers now have 8.3% less speed. Interceptors now have 4.1% less speed.
4. Interceptor Frigate Damage Bonus decreased from 10% to 2.5%. Interceptor Frigate II Damage Bonus decreased from 17.5% to 10%.
5. New exclusive bonus for Condor Interceptor and Condor II Interceptor: Small Missile/Torpedo explosion velocity +2.5%.
6. Arbitrator Interdictor gets +1 Drone Slot. Other Heavy Interdiction Cruisers get +1 High Slot.
7. For Thorax Interdictor and Rupture Interdictor, the Effective Radius of their Warp Disruption Field raised from 10% to 12.5%.

Empire Ships
1. All Exploration Frigates get +1 Mid Slot. New exclusive bonus: Data Analyzer and Relic Analyzer Analysis Success Rate +25%, Covert Ops Cloaking Device Reactivation Delay -50%.
2. Rokh now have 31.6% more shields, armor and structure.
3. Armageddon II gets +1 Low Slot. Effective Range of Energy Nosferatus and Energy Neutralizers raised from 10% to 12.5%.
4. Armageddon gets +1 Low Slot.
5. New exclusive bonus for Scorpion and Scorpion II: Turret Effective Range +25%, Missile/Torpedo Flight Velocity +25%.
6. New exclusive bonus for Typhoon and Typhoon II: Missile/Torpedo Flight Velocity +5% for each level.
7. Typhoon gets +1 Mid Slot.
8. New exclusive bonus for Apocalypse: Large Laser Capacitor Consumption -5% for each level.
9. For Harbinger Logistics and Drake Logistics, Remote Armor Repairer/Remote Shield Booster activation time -8% changed to Armor Armor Repairer/Shield Booster effect +20%, Remote Capacitor Transmitter Effective Range bonus increased from 75% to 100%, and Capacitor Transmitter effect bonus increased from 20% to 25%.
10. For Augoror and Osprey, Remote Armor Repairer/Remote Shield Booster activation time -5% changed to Armor Armor Repairer/Shield Booster effect +12.5%, Remote Capacitor Transmitter Effective Range bonus increased from 50% to 75%, and Capacitor Transmitter effect bonus increased from 20% to 25%.
11. All Logistics Cruisers get +1 Mid Slot.
12. 5% secondary Damage Bonus removed from all Stealth Bomber II.
13. Algos II Assault's Sensor Strength +3% changed to Scan Resolution +3%.
14. Sensor Strength Bonus of Blackbird/Blackbird Covert Ops/Blackbird II Covert Ops/Blackbird Interdictor changed to Missile/Torpedo Flight Velocity +4%.
15. Blackbird III Covert Ops' Sensor Strength Bonus changed to Missile/Torpedo Flight Velocity +5%.
16. Scan Resolution Bonus of Celestis and its variants changed to Turret Tracking Velocity +5%.
17. New exclusive bonus for Cyclone Guardian: Shield Booster Capacitor Need -5% for each level.
18. New exclusive bonus for Myrmidon Guardian: Armor Repairer Capacitor Consumption -5% for each level.

Faction Ships
1. All non-empire battleships can now have up to 8 locked targets.
2. Sisters of EVE and Mordu's Legion ships now have 10% more shields, armor and structure.
3. New exclusive bonus for Sisters of EVE ships: Data Analyzer and Relic Analyzer Analysis Success Rate +25%.
4. Garmur Damage Bonus raised from 20% to 25%.
5. Orthrus Damage Bonus raised from 5% to 6%.
6. Barghest Damage Bonus raised from 10% to 12.5%.
7. Astero Drone EHP raised from 30% to 35%, Drone Damage raised from 30% to 40%.
8. Stratios Drone Damage raised from 25% to 30%.
9. Nestor Drone Damage raised from 60% to 70%. Scan Radius Bonus raised from 7.5% to 9%. New exclusive bonus: Remote Armor Repairer Capacitor Consumption -50%.
10. Dramiel Damage Bonus raised from 10% to 14%.
11. Nightmare Damage Bonus increased from 12% to 15%.

Industrial Ships
1. For Venture IV, Inertia Modifier decreased to 2, Warp Speed increased to 6 AU/s, and Mining Lasers yield raised from 30% to 35%.
2. Covetor Inertia Modifier decreased to 0.4, Warp Speed increased to 4 AU/s.
3. For Nereus Combat/Humpback Combat, Structure +5% changed to Armor +5%.
4. For Tayra/Badger/Badger II, Ship Hold Capacity changed to 20,000m³/30,000m³/40,000m³.
5. For Mammoth/Wreathe/Wreathe II, Ore Hold Capacity changed to 20,000m³/30,000m³/40,000m³.
6. For Kyros/Nereus/Nereus II, Ore Hold Capacity changed to 40,000m³/60,000m³/80,000m³.

Capital Ships
1. Explosion Velocity of Chimera's Light Fighters raised from 5% to 7.5%.
2. Explosion Velocity of Thanatos's Light Fighters raised from 5% to 7.5%.

Ship Mode
1. Velocity Penalty under Assault Mode decreased from 99% to 90%, instead warp is disabled.
2. Under Sniper Mode, Turret Effective Range/Missile Flight Velocity raised to 125%. Turret Tracking Velocity/Drone Tracking Velocity/Missile Explosion Velocity raised to 25%. Drone Command Range raised to 100%.

Skills
1. Laser Upgrade/Railgun Upgrade/Cannon Upgrade now provide 30% more Optimal Range instead of the previous 25%, and have 30% Falloff Range instead of the previous 35%.
2. Afterburner Operation and Microwarpdrive Operation now greatly reduce Capacitor Consumption and slightly reduce Activation Time, making them more flexible and consume less power per unit.
3. Ore Compression effect raised from 50% to 90%.
4. All Regular Ship Command skills now provide 40% speed instead of 45%.
5. New Skill: Fighters

Weapons
1. Large Beam Laser Tracking Velocity decreased to 1.9.
2. Large Rifled Railgun Tracking Velocity raised to 2.
3. Large Pulse Laser Damage raised by 4%.
4. Large AutoCannon's Optimal Range increased by 2.16 kilometers.
5. Large Cruise Missile Flight Velocity raised by 25%. Large Torpedo Launcher Flight Velocity raised by 50%.
6. For Capital Cruise Missile, Flight Velocity raised by 50%, Activation Time reduced by 30%, and Damage reduced by 30%.
7. For Capital Torpedo, Flight Velocity raised by 50%, Activation Time reduced by 40%, and Damage reduced by 40%.
8. For Capital Rifled Railgun, Optimal Range changed to 90km, Falloff Range changed to 50km, Damage raised by 5%, and Tracking Velocity raised to 0.18.
9. Capital Snubnosed Railgun damage raised by 10%.
10. For Capital Autocannon, Optimal Range changed to 12km, Falloff Range changed to 48km.
11. Capital Strike Cannon damage decreased by 5%.

Modules
1. Small and Medium Shield Booster Cooldown Time reduced by 50%, activation cost reduced by 50%, and Shield Boost Amount decreased by 37.5%.
2. Small/Medium/Large Remote Armor Repairer Cooldown Time reduced by 3s/4.5s/6s. Activation Cost and Armor Boost Amount also reduced accordingly. The overall performance remains unchanged.
3. Shield Extenders and Armor Plates have better passive effects and higher extra values when activated. The percentage boost has been removed, and the Reactivation Delay is increased to 126s-150s.
4. Capacitor Battery Reactivation Delay is increased to 90s.
5. Heat Sink, Magnetic Field Stabilizer, Gyrostabilizer, Macro Particle Stabilizers, Ballistic Control System and Drone Damage Amplifier now have higher Passive Damage bonus and passive Activation Time bonus. Removed the extra damage bonus and the extra Activation Time bonus when activated. Restart Time increased to 135s.
6. Interdiction Sphere Launcher Activation Time raised to 45s. Flight Time reduced to 90s. Increased Disruption Field range of Interdiction Sphere Launchers of different Metalevels. Fuel Consumption raised to 900GJ.
7. Increased the Disruption Field range of Warp Disruption Field Generators of different Metalevels.
8. Lowered damage resistance and reduced 25%/37.5%/50% Flight Velocity when Shield Field Modules are activated.
9. Signature Radius Penalty of Shield Field Modules has been reduced to 3000%/4000%/5000%.
10. Shield Field Modules/Armor Link Modules now have lower powergrid requirements. Warp will be disabled when they are activated (only for Guardians).
11. Small/Medium/Large Shield Modules Activation Time changed to 40s/80s/120s, Restart Time changed to 20s/40s/60s. They now consume more fuel.
12. Small/Medium/Large Armor Link Modules Activation Time changed to 20s/40s/60s, Restart Time changed to 10s/20s/30s. They now consume more fuel.
13. Adjusted the resistance growth curve of Adaptive Resistance modules. Resistance of modules with Metalevels lower than 11 are reduced, those of modules with Metalevels higher than 11 are slightly increased.
14. Covert Ops Cloaking Device Adjustments.

Rigs
1. Railgun Ambit Extension, Capital Railgun Ambit Extension, Cannon Ambit Extension, Capital Cannon Ambit Extension, Laser Ambit Extension, and Capital Laser Ambit Extension now raise Optimal Range and Falloff Range at the same time.
2. Warhead Flare Catalyst, Core Defense Control Stabilizer, and Nano Bot Accelerator now have better effects.

Optimizations
1. The Inventory filter has been improved, and some Inventory filter categories have been added, such as "Event and Mission Items", "Supply Chests", and "Others". The update also supplements and increases the item types under each filter category.
2. Ship Hangar has been improved. In the Station where Capsuleers are currently docking, one can use "View contents" in the Ship Hanger to view the modules and cargo of an unpackaged Ship without activating it.
3. From now, Corporations cannot set tax rate to 100% within 30 days of creation. The maximum tax rate is 20%.
4. Dreadnoughts and carriers now have Fuel Tanks (Prioritized when consuming fuel).
5. Adjusted the description of several modules.
6. Adjusted the default fitting of several ships to accommodate the slot changes.
7. Lowered the basic valuation of Nanocore and several SKINs.

Bug Fixes
1. Fixed the issue with Audio Settings.
2. Fixed the issue where materials would sometimes not be deducted during mass manufacture.
