1. Fixed the issue where the Capital Grimace SKIN could not be traded.
2. A new rule has been added to the Citadel Destruction Leaderboard for Inscription of the Galaxy: Destroying a Capsuleer Outpost that doesn't belong to any Corporation does not count towards the score.
3. Fixed the issue where the Pumpkin Scarefest series of missions could not be accepted under certain circumstances.
