3. Fixed the issue where low-tech level players were incorrectly restricted from piloting high-tech level ships in Faction Wargames.
4. Fixed the issue where the damage bonus for Bombard Tactics was not removed in some scenarios when durability was depleted.
5. Fixed the issue where Capsuleers were unable to use their Award Vouchers in the Personal Citadel and Corporation Citadel.
