Balance adjustment
To standardize the usage of Stargates and reduce the occurrence of risky and illegal transactions, the max basic usage fee for the Ansiblex Stargate has been reduced to 10 million ISK. Any excess amount will be disregarded.
The actual cost varies with the tonnage of the ship. For example, the maximum cost for a Dreadnought is 200 million ISK. Please remember to revise your toll setting in time, Capsuleer.

Optimizations
Valuation updated based on the market transaction record.
Optimized the display logic for Wallet, where its location will no longer be reset after applying for Combat Commendation.
Optimized the description for Kindred Spirits mode to alleviate an issue where the font is too small for some languages.

Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue related to self-destruct damage and re-enabled the Drone’s self-destruct command. However, self-destruct damage from drones and cargo holds is temporarily disabled. We are currently optimizing the relevant logic and will re-enable it once the optimization is complete.
Fixed an issue with the description of the capital ship component manufacture skills.
Fixed an issue where attributes relevant to carriers on Intelligent Nanocore had no effect on supercarriers.
Fixed a rare issue where a downgrading ancillary structure would cause Corporation members to experience a blank screen when logging in while located in the same System as the structure.
Fixed an issue where the Intelligent Nanocore may stop functioning when enabling autopilot on CyanSea.
Fixed an issue where the cargo hold would self-destruct when a drone was destroyed.
Fixed an issue where you would receive a durability alert when undocking a ship with a damaged hull.
Fixed an issue where an incorrect Nanocore icon was shown for some carriers.
Fixed an issue where the Reverse Power skill of the Pulse Crystal might be unable to activate.
Fixed an issue where players' ships would remain in space after initiating a safe logoff during combat and receiving the "you've logged off safely" prompt. Players can no longer initiate safe logoffs during combat.
Fixed an issue where the mid slots and the high slots affected different targets when the Intelligent Nanocore was enabled.
