Balance Update
Modules
Activating Command Burst no longer triggers a weapons timer.

Cosmic Anomaly
For Small Wasteseeker Encampment, the last wave of enemies has a chance to spawn with 1-2 Elite Frigates.
For Medium Wasteseeker Encampment, the last wave of enemies has a chance to spawn with 1-3 elites of Cruiser or lower tonnage.
For Large Wasteseeker Encampment, the last wave of enemies has a chance to spawn with 1-4 elites of Battleship or lower tonnage.
Reduced the flight velocity of some Wasteseeker enemies that use Warpdrive by approximately 7.5%.
Increased the number of Datacores in the Loot Crate from Wasteseeker Checkpoint by approximately 15%.
Reprocessed materials have been added to the Loot Crate from Wasteseeker Relics.
Increased the discovery rate of Wasteseeker Relics by approximately 6.7% (It is recommended to reduce the scan radius of the scanner to below 100m to detect more Relics).
Increased the initial distance when entering Nihilus Space to 6km.
Reduced the cooldown time of the Corporation’s Space Scan from 20 hours to 10 hours.

Optimizations:
Valuation updated based on the market transaction record.
With the increase in investment in Corporation construction, the offline time requirement for impeaching the Corporation CEO has been raised from 21 days to 3 months.
The currently set range is now shown on the setting interface for Orbit Range, Approach Range, and Drone Orbit Range.
Optimized Stargate’s queuing mechanism when many capsuleers request to travel through at the same time, increasing the travel speed.

Bug Fixes:
Fixed the incorrect description of warp drive power consumption under the Supercarrier bonus.
Fixed the issue where some new Add-on Structures could not be locked.
Fixed an issue where the volume of items moved out of the cargo hold could sometimes still be incorrectly shown as occupied.
