EVE Echoes will undergo maintenance on 6/18/2025 at 08:00 (UTC+0) and will take approximately 120 minutes to complete. During this time, players will be unable to log in to the game. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience during the maintenance.

Transaction Code for Valuable Items
The Transaction Code feature for item transactions is now live. Capsuleers can enable this feature under Settings and set a password, enhancing their account security.
After setting a code, it will be required when conducting valuable item transactions. Once entered, the password will not need to be re-entered for transactions on the same device for the rest of the day.
Disabling the password will invalidate the previously set password. If re-enabled, a new password must be set.
Restricted actions include the following four types:
1. Removing any items from the Corporation Hangar
2. Withdrawing ISK from the Corporation Wallet
3. Trading valuable items through Market Transactions
4. Trading valuable items through contracts
Definition of valuable items:
All Capital Ships, advanced Capital Ship blueprints, advanced hangar upgrades, construction modules, advanced integrated rigs, and superweapons, as well as other items with relatively stable and high prices.

Important note: Do not share your account password with others after setting a transaction code, and avoid giving your account to others without setting a transaction code. This could allow someone else to set the code first. If this happens, you should first change your account password and then provide identification materials to customer support to reset the transaction code.
Do not use third-party trading platforms for item transactions. Aside from violating regulations, free gifting transactions between strangers also pose significant account security risks. In cases of account theft, the holder of the stolen assets (beneficiary) will be prohibited from trading, and all traded items may be reclaimed.
Capsuleers are reminded once again to enable two-factor authentication or SMS verification after setting a transaction code. Never share verification codes with anyone. Avoid using scripts, cheats, or other third-party tools that compromise game fairness and may expose your account password.

Market Adjustment
The market prices of all Capital Ships are currently restricted. After the update, all valuable items will be subject to market price restrictions. (Valuable items include Capital Ships, advanced Capital Ship blueprints, and construction modules. Please refer to the valuable item transaction code section)
The PLEX sales tax discount has been removed, and the tax rate has been adjusted to a fixed rate of 12% (this is the same as the transaction tax for other items when skills are maxed out).
Optimized the names of certain rig blueprints.
To optimize market display and improve convenience, early items that cannot be obtained now will be gradually removed from the market, such as 100x Condensed Ore, event mission items, and unreleased early blueprints. (After removal, these items can still be traded via contracts and other methods)

Ship Balance Adjustments
Capital Ship Close-In Weapon System. Base Damage -50%.
Standard Dreadnought. Special High Slot +1 (can only be fitted with Close-In Defense Gun).
Lancer Dreadnought. New Bonus: Can be fitted with Close-In Defense Gun. Close-In Defense Gun Damage +50%.
Guardian Dreadnought. New Bonus: Close-In Defense Gun Damage +100% (due to module adjustments, its DPS remains consistent with pre-update levels).
Removed the defensive mode of 10 industrial ships, including Sigil, Badger, Wreathe, Nereus (both I and II), Armed Nereus, and Armed Humpback. Their base HP has been increased by approximately 100%, and their Signature Radius reduced by 20%, enhancing their survival capabilities under normal conditions.
Removed the bombing mode of 12 bomber Frigates, including Purifier. Special Mid Slot +1 (can install tactical modules). New Bonus: Can be fitted with Bombard tactical modules (identical to Crusader's module and can be purchased via the market).

Optimizations
Increased the induction landing range of Capital Cynosural Field by approximately 2km, reducing ship collision.
Optimized the names of certain rig blueprints.
Tactical Carriers have been added to the Ship Tree.

Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where AI still occasionally froze during combat, and Amethyst Cone has been distributed as compensation for this. Now, when AI completes normal Encounters tasks, it will directly contact the mission center behind the scenes without displaying dialogue (this usually takes a few seconds).
Fixed an issue where attempting to switch implants while switching ships could result in being unable to enter or exit the station.
Fixed the issue where data could not be continuously collected during the Relics Scramble.
Fixed the issue of contact loading lag.
