Interstellar Bazaar: Star Melody

Star Melody Theme Music
The event's namesake music, "Star Melody," is now playing at the station. With strings that ripple through the galaxy, fate begins its symphony!

Star Melody Nanocore
When the strings stir stardust, the universe becomes her stage. The brand-new "Star Melody" series Nanocore is now available.
Upon activation of the special mode, mobility is sacrificed to deploy an omni sound field, causing jamming on all ships within range and briefly revealing cloaked targets. Additionally, non-Capsuleer ships suffer damage over time.
Note that this core has no effect on Capsuleer ships when used in high sec systems.
How to obtain (Limited Time): Obtain from the Interstellar Bazaar series events

Interstellar Bazaar: Region Development
Purchase any item from the Interstellar Bazaar Store to receive a Lucky Voucher, which can be used to participate in the "Region Development" event. Every 20 developments guarantee a rare reward, including the Star Melody series Nanocore, Stellar Keys, and many other rare rewards.
Stellar Key Exchange: Stellar keys obtained during the Region Development event can be exchanged at the Stellar Key Exchange Store for precious rewards such as supercarrier core.
A new sharing page has been added to Region Development. Capsuleers can share the current Region Development progress by clicking the share button. The first share will grant a Lucky Voucher as reward.

Spending Festival Gift
Open the limited-time items available in the Interstellar Bazaar for a chance to win the Lucky Grand Prize of the day. The Lucky Grand Prize includes a small number of officer modules, Advanced Capital Ships, and other high-value rare rewards.
Officer modules can be traded via contracts but cannot be sold through Market Transactions or insured. In the future, they will also be obtainable through more events and ultra-difficult PVE gameplay.

Interstellar Bazaar: Interstellar Offering
During the event, Capsuleers can unlock the PLEX refund privilege by spending AUR. The refund rates of PLEX will be based on the Capsuleer's total spending during the event.
Refund Currency Type: PLEX
Refund Amount: total AUR spent during the event * corresponding refund ratio.
Refund Threshold: 499 AUR. No refunds below 499 AUR.
Max Refund Limit: up to 150,000 PLEX in this event.
All refunded PLEX will be issued to Capsuleers by mail after the event. The event page data will only display the statistics.

Shanhai Journey: Event Manual
Shanhai Journey: Event Manual is now available!
Complete the Missions to obtain bountiful rewards. Unlock the Manual to obtain plenty of extra rewards, like an abundance of Lucky Vouchers, Shanhai Lucky Draw Supply, and other great rewards.

Tech Leap Program
With the rapid development of New Eden, the starting costs for new Capsuleers have continued to rise. To address this, CONCORD has launched the "Tech Leap Program."
Unlocking it grants access to a Praxis II Battleship, Praxis II Sleeper Core, a 30-day Omega Duo Bundle, a Standard Implant Opt Supply (Clone Bound), and a full set of battleship skill chips (with optional weapons and armor/shield). Your Tech Level will also increase by 10 immediately after using all of them.
(Some app stores are currently under review and will gradually open for purchases.)
Note: Each Capsuleer character can purchase this once in their lifetime, and it is available for purchase at any Tech Level.

Wasteseeker Relics

During the event, high-difficulty, high-value reward Cosmic Anomalies called "Wasteseeker Relics" may have a chance to spawn in standard systems of security level -1.0 to 1.0 and Malpais.
Unlocking the reward chests in the Relics has a chance to grant high-value rewards such as the Super Mecha Champions Drone Blueprint and the Great Voyage Drone Blueprint.
Be cautious, as the Cosmic Anomalies are connected by Acceleration Gates leading to multiple rooms, which are filled with high-speed electronic warfare Wasteseekers. The deeper you venture into the inner rooms, the higher the chance of obtaining high-value rewards.

Ego Traverse
Event Time: June 25, 2025, 08:00:00 - July 16, 2025, 08:00:00 (UTC+0)
The Ego Traverse event is reopening.
Capsuleers must pay ISK equivalent to 10% of their ship and module valuation as a deposit to enter. The deposit will be converted into Insurance Points based on market rates. If the Capsuleer wins, they will receive Insurance Points converted from both their own and their opponent's deposits.
During the event, an Ego Traverse leaderboard will be established. The leaderboard will reset every 168 hours after the event starts. Capsuleers can only be listed on the leaderboard once during the event, and cannot be listed on it multiple times.
The top 20 Capsuleers on the leaderboard will receive a unique Capsuleer avatar reward, while the top 10 will additionally receive a Star Echo Medal.

Star Echo - Platistar Avatar
Added Star Echo - Platistar, Star Beat - Iristar, and Star Beat - Top Fan character avatars.
After obtaining avatar items through the Ego Traverse leaderboard, Capsuleers can tap the "Collect Avatar" button in the station to immediately gain their usage authority. They can then either use the avatar immediately or switch to it for free in the rename interface.
These avatar rewards will return in future events, and more special avatars will be introduced for Capsuleers to use.

New Content
Shanhai Carrier
The new-generation Carrier under CONCORD is designed to provide siege support and act as a pirate sweeper. Its design incorporates technologies from the Lancer Dreadnought, CyanSea, and Lucent-Moon, allowing for the optional fitting of Lance Doomsday Weapons, Turrets, Missiles, and fighters to adapt to various battlefields.
The unique hull structure design of the Shanhai makes it highly energy-efficient when equipped with the new Exterminator Lance, but less efficient when using the traditional Annihilator Lance.
How to obtain: Manufacture them based on the blueprints obtained via reverse engineering.
How to obtain (Event): Recommended limited-time Lucky Draw Box

Starblade Exterminator Lance
A new type of Lance Doomsday Weapon developed specifically to target pirates. It reduces ancillary functions based on the Annihilator Lance and focuses on firing powerful electromagnetic pulses and high-energy particle streams to inflict significant damage on target ships. This weapon has high precision, allowing it to avoid targeting Capsuleer pilots and their ships. CONCORD has not yet explicitly banned the activation of this Doomsday Weapon in high sec systems.
How to obtain: Manufacture them based on the blueprints obtained via reverse engineering.

Capital Micro Jump Drive
A micro jump drive designed for capital ships, enabling the ship to instantly jump a certain distance forward after warming up.
As it has adopted the latest technology, it is currently only fittable on the new Shanhai ships, with plans to gradually extend its application to more ships in the future.
How to obtain: Obtain the blueprint through the Loot Crates from the Capital Ship Proving Grounds and manufacture it

Cosmic Anomaly Update
The Loot Crate from the Capital Ship Proving Grounds now includes a blueprint for the Capital Micro Jump Drive (total blueprint count remains unchanged, so drops of other blueprints will be reduced accordingly).

Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where LP could not be obtained when using Overseer Assets after reaching the LP cap.
