Balance Adjustments
Super Carrier tonnage (including Supercarriers and Tactical Carriers) Star Echo Nanocore mode increases damage to non-Capsuleer ships (per hit) from 24,000 to 36,000

New Skills
A new Jump Command skill has been added. Mastering this skill reduces the fuel consumption of Jump Overload Burst modules and improves various aspects of their performance.

Optimizations
The "Star Melody" series now supports AI core upgrades and Nanocore replacement.
When selling items, if the estimated value exceeds 10 billion and the selling price is less than 25% of the estimated value, a prompt and confirmation pop-up will appear.
The delivery feature is now available in Capsuleer Outposts, Fortizar, and other structures in low-sec systems, allowing Capital Ships to be delivered to Trading Centers.
Optimized the position of ruins in several Capital Cosmic Anomalies, such as the Serpentis Capital Ship Rally Point, to reduce instances of ships getting stuck.
Optimized the Nanocore replacement prompt. Any prompt stating "Replacement can only be performed after repackaging" indicates that the core can be replaced.

Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue with the abnormal ownership of auxiliary structures in certain systems. If you still encounter this issue, please contact Customer Support.
Fixed an issue with the incorrect description of Marshal's "Star Melody" Nanocore mode.
Fixed an issue where the "Star Melody" special avatar could not be activated in the Capsuleer Citadel.
