Faction Encounter Missions
Added regular low sec faction missions and Tier X combat encounter missions.
One each for Guristas, Angel Corporate, Sansha, Serpentis Corporate, and Blood Raiders.
Capsuleers have a chance to receive missions when refreshing the Encounters News Panel.
More exclusive faction null sec and low sec encounter missions will be introduced in the future.
Yan-Jung Ship
With advancements in technology and productivity, CONCORD has released manufacturing blueprints for some Yan-Jung ships. This batch includes the Xian-Yue and Can-Yue ships, with related technology incorporated into CONCORD's Invention Principles for ships.
Xian-Yue
The Yan-Jung Destroyer is optimized for fitting Small Decomposers and features powerful Warp Drive, Sun Chaser Engine, and jump drive, offering a large jump range and faster preheating. While its armor is intentionally lightened, the ship focuses on its shield and structure aspect, resulting in exceptional agility.
Can-Yue
The Yan-Jung Battlecruiser inherits the powerful jump drive of the Yan-Jung, offering good agility and warp stability. Its Medium Decomposer is ideal for mid-range combat.
How to obtain: Destroy non-novice Yan-Jung ships to acquire damaged ship structures. Use Reverse Engineering on them to obtain blueprints and manufacture ships.
More methods to obtain damaged ship structures will be available in the future.
(Novice ships: Xian-Yue Prototype and Can-Yue Prototype. All other ships will drop damaged structures.)
Balance Adjustments
For all regular Yan-Jung ships, the Decomposer's Optimal Range Bonus has been changed to an Effective Range Bonus (now also applies to Accuracy Falloff).
Xian-Yue Prototype. Removed the unique "Shield +15%" bonus. Base HP increased by 36%.
Can-Yue Prototype. Removed the unique "Shield +15%" bonus. Base HP increased by 16.5%.
Can-Yue Striker
Currently, its firepower far exceeds its defense, making it difficult to utilize its unique strength of seamlessly switching between offense and defense. With the arrival of the new Decomposer and Implant, the following adjustments will be made:
* Base HP +38.7%. Shield Resistance +10%. Inertia Modifier -5%. Powergrid +11.7%. Capacitor +13.8%.
* Warp Stability increased from +1 to +2. Jump Range +1 Lightyear. Sun Chaser Range +1 Lightyear.
* Removed unique bonus: Medium Decomposer Damage +80%. Damage bonus per level increased from +5% to +20% (DPS decreases by 12.5% after adjustment)
* Chance to obtain Yan-Jung Damaged Structure upon destruction
Can-Yue Logistics Assault
* Base HP +15.6%. Shield Resistance +10%. Inertia Modifier -8%. Flight Speed +5 m/s.
* Warp Stability increased from +1 to +2. Jump Range +1 Lightyear. Sun Chaser Range +1 Lightyear.
* Removed unique bonus: "Medium Decomposer Damage +25%". Damage bonus per level increased from +5% to +20%.
Lucent-Moon: Inertia Modifier -5%
Minokawa: Sensor Strength +10
Apostle & Lif: Inertia Modifier -2.4%
Ninazu: Inertia Modifier -5%
Sun Chaser Engine Adjustment
To improve maneuverability and reduce unnecessary waiting time, the preheat time for all ships' Sun Chaser Engine in null sec system has been reduced as follows:
* Small ships: Preheat time reduced from 120 seconds to 90 seconds
* Medium ships: Preheat time reduced from 150 seconds to 105 seconds
* Large ships: Preheat time reduced from 180 seconds to 120 seconds
* Small Capital Ships: Preheat time reduced from 240 seconds to 150 seconds
* Super Capital Ships: Preheat time reduced from 300 seconds to 180 seconds
The duration of the Jump Overload Burst effect has been increased from 150 seconds to 200 seconds.
(After activating the Jump Overload Burst, start the Star Beat Engine as soon as possible to successfully jump within the duration. It is no longer necessary for two people to chain-activate the burst.)
Relics Scramble End Reminder
This round of the Relics Scramble will end after maintenance on August 6. Please prepare accordingly, Capsuleer.
After the event, all systems will exit wartime status, and Wasteseeker Relics will no longer be detected or discovered. Your rank and merits will be retained, but you will temporarily be unable to join or leave any of the major Imperial Guard units until the next war operation begins.
Corporation Authority Update
All authorities such as Corporation docking, Construction, office, and the Ansiblex Stargate will no longer be available to enemies.
The original option "Anyone (including neutral and hostile)" has been changed to "Non-hostile Faction."
Optimizations
Tags have been added to the Home Screen and the fighters selection screen to distinguish between Offense and Anti-Aircraft types.
AI will no longer use modules such as Warp Core Stabilizer, Inertial Stabilizer, and Jump Overload Burst during combat.
The analysis for Assault Carrier's old series nanocore is now available, including the Star Beat, Soaring Dragon, and other series (a small number of unavailable series will be gradually released in the future).
The upgrades for old series AI Core of Rorqual, Orca, and Covetor are now available (a small number of unavailable series will be gradually released in the future).
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where the name of the Corporation Outpost could not be changed.
Fixed an issue where the Construction Facility interface could not be opened in the Corporation Outpost.
Fixed an abnormal display of the engine trail on the CyanSea ship.
Fixed an issue where the icons for ships such as Allegiance and Wang-Yue were oriented incorrectly in the Ship Tree diagram.
Fixed an issue where the Klein Well in Nihilus Space could experience delay in opening. (Note: All routes open simultaneously, and if there is a delay, all of will experience the delay.)
