New Content
Bounty Management Module
A new Bounty Management Construction Block has been added. This module combines the functionalities of both the Bounty Management Structure and the Tax Center Structure. Its bounty bonus effect is equivalent to structures of the same level, but it only occupies 10-30 energy anchor points and can be freely fitted in all Corporation Outposts and Fortizars' rigging service slots.

Module Working Principle:
When Corporation members engage in combat in regular systems within New Eden, if the system has a Corporation-owned structure equipped with a Bounty Management Module, they will receive an additional 10%/20%/30% bounty upon earning bounties. Additionally, the Corporation Wallet will also receive an extra bounty.
When different Corporations are operating in the same system, the Bounty Management Modules of each Corporation work independently without affecting each other.
If a Corporation has multiple structures and Fortizars equipped with Bounty Management Modules in the same system, only the highest bonus effect will apply, and the effects will not stack.
Reminder: This module is effective in low-sec systems, the Great Wildlands, and systems within regions like Etherium Reach, without requiring sovereignty over the system. Capsuleers can jump their Fortizars to such systems and fit the Bounty Management Module to receive the bonus.

Corporation Tech Adjustments:
The enhancements for the Tax Center and Bounty Management Center now respectively improve the bonus effects of the Bounty Management Module on Corporation income and individual Capsuleer income. The bonus from structure reinforcement state has been removed.

Structure Deprecation Adjustments:
The above two types of bounty structures have been deprecated: they can no longer be manufactured, anchored, or upgraded. However, they can still be dismantled, unanchored, and reprocessed. Their market blueprints have been removed, and they can be destroyed.

Upcoming Adjustments Preview:
Except for the Moon Drilling Array, the modular adjustments for all other non-strategic structures have been completed. Future updates will focus on functionality updates for strategic structures and Corporation Outposts, including structure reinforcement, unanchoring, downgrading, and destruction.

XL Structure Missile
A new XL Structure Missile Launcher has been added, which can be fitted on all structures. This model boasts strong firepower and decent range but has low accuracy, making it suitable only for targeting Capital Ships.
How to obtain: Manufacture them based on the blueprints purchased from the market

Structure Damage Control System
A special defensive system for structures, similar in principle to ship's Damage Control Systems but with more comprehensive effects. When active, it continuously enhances the resistances of the structure's shield, armor, and hull, though the damage control effect is relatively low.
This complex facility can only be fitted on Corporation Outposts and Fortizars, and only one can be fitted. The system's underlying code complies with CONCORD's protection agreement and can only be used by Alliances and Corporations with fewer sovereignties.
How to obtain: Manufacture them based on the blueprints purchased from the market

Cosmic Starmap Test Version Update
To provide a smoother navigation experience, we are introducing a brand-new test version of the Cosmic Starmap. This upgrade brings improved starmap performance and multiple functional optimizations. Further iterations and refinements will follow, and the old starmap is expected to be fully replaced within 1-2 versions. Capsuleers are encouraged to provide feedback during the testing phase.
Performance Improvement: Improved starmap loading and interface opening speeds.
Interaction Revamp: Comprehensive optimization of operation logic and panel layout, making information access more intuitive and operations more convenient.
Legend Guide: Added detailed legend explanations to help Capsuleers quickly identify the meanings of various icons on the starmap.
Multi-Selection Marking: Special system markers now support a filtering function with multi-selection. Once selected, the corresponding systems will display prominent flagpole markers.
Geostatistical View: Various data statistics and special functions are integrated into the geostatistical mode, enhancing visual performance and magnitude display in the corresponding mode.
Smart Jump Simulation: The jump simulation feature has been upgraded. The system will automatically calculate and display the actual jump range and theoretical maximum range based on your current ship configuration and remaining fuel.
Search Experience Optimization: When searching for a region, constellation, or system and clicking on it, the camera will automatically focus on the target location and open the operation panel in one step.
Avoidance System Visualization: Systems listed in the avoidance list will be marked prominently on the starmap, making route planning more reassuring.
Fleet Coordination Enhancement: Added display of fleet members' locations and real-time flight trajectories. When creating a fleet, you can now choose whether to enable the "Share Member Locations" option (Note: This setting can only be decided during creation and cannot be changed afterward).

Production Adjustment
With the patch update, the Basic Nanocores of the Recruit, Veteran, and Sergeant series can no longer meet the daily needs of Capsuleers.
After the update, "Medium Faction Experiment Data", such as "Medium I Guristas Experiment Data", will no longer drop as loot in cosmic anomalies, including those generated by confidential sources.
Random boxes containing Medium Experiment Data in the New Eden Store will not be adjusted for now.

Balance Adjustments
Ships and Modules
Yan-Jung Capital Ship Remote Armor System Refactoring. After fitting this, Lucent-Moon ships will support the fitting of capital ship armor link modules but will lose technical support for shield field modules.
The bonus descriptions for defensive capital ships have been optimized. It now specifies that only capital ship shield field modules and armor link modules can be fitted.
Sunesis and Gnosis: Insurance Points (IPs) reduced by 20%.
Praxis: Powergrid +6.7%, Scan Resolution +12.4%, Flight Velocity +20%, HP +37%, and Insurance Points (IPs) reduced by 25%.
Praxis II and Wang-Yue Prototype: Insurance Points (IPs) reduced by 25%.
Can-Yue Logistics Assault: Insurance Points (IPs) adjusted to match other advanced Can-Yue models (reduced by approximately 33%).
Structure Power Transmission Array. It has been adjusted to be fittable and usable by Corporation Outposts, Corporation Bastions, and Fortizars. Fuel consumption is reduced by 50%, and the volume is reduced to 10,000m³.

Sansha Assault
The Sansha Assault event, which previously involved simultaneous assaults on the four major empires at 00:00 daily, has been adjusted to focus on one constellation at a time. There will now be three assaults per day, occurring at approximately 01:00, 07:00, and 16:00 (UTC+0).
The number of battleships in the Sansha Capital Ship Fleet has been reduced, a small number of carriers have been added, and the chance of them using advanced modules has been increased. The number of reinforcement waves in the showdown fleet has been decreased.
The combat strength distribution has been adjusted. The scale and combat capability of the Sansha fleet have been reduced during high-sec system assaults, along with a corresponding decrease in the number of officers. The chance of assaults in low-sec systems has been increased.
The distribution of fleet officers has been adjusted. Officers of each tonnage will now only appear in fleets of the corresponding tonnage (e.g., officers piloting Succubus will only appear in small reconnaissance fleets).
The bounty for Sansha Capital Ships has been reduced, as well as the merits from Sansha Lieutenant Colonels and lower-ranking officers. Loyalty points from Sansha Privates and Sergeants have been removed.
When the Sansha showdown fleet appears or is defeated, an announcement will be made in the system channel.

Cosmic Anomaly
The lock range debuff for NPC-piloted ships has been removed. Their lock range is now the same as that of Capsuleer ships, set at 1,000km.
Destroying pirate faction officers in Prosecutor Cosmic Anomalies will now grant loyalty points. All NPCs will no longer drop Prosecutor property.

Market and Insurance
Optimized the insurance acquisition premium mechanism. Now, the price of acquisition orders will prioritize referencing valid market valuations before applying a premium. After the adjustment, the insurance system will offer higher prices when acquiring items with continuously declining valuations.
Increased the base valuation of some Metalevel 11 modules, which will result in higher minimum prices when the insurance system acquires these items. This change will also reduce the weight of such modules being selected by Elite NPCs in Deadspace and Nihilus Space. Consequently, the likelihood of these modules dropping when NPCs are destroyed will also decrease.
Removed existing items from the old goods market and moved 8 old model structures and their blueprints to the old goods market.
When updating item prices in the "My Orders" interface, a confirmation screen will pop up if the price difference is too large.
Guest accounts cannot use the Corporation Hangar to trade items.

Construction
The Bounty Management Center and Tax Center structures can now be reprocessed into structure components and structure operation data, among other items.

Corporation Clash Event
To improve the Corporation Clash experience, CONCORD encourages Capsuleer to initiate clashes to help optimize the experience. Corporations and Capsuleers participating in Corporation Clashes during the designated period will receive specially distributed combat readiness rewards.
Event Duration: December 27, 2025, 17:00-18:00 (UTC+0)
Event Requirements: The clash must occur during the event period. There are no restrictions on the scale, tonnage, or losses of the clash, as long as it takes place within the event timeframe.
