Implant Balance Adjustments
Barrage Repression
Passive Attribute: Added a 1-10% Strike Cannon Damage Bonus (scales with Implant level). Increases Rapid-firing Ammo storage cap from 6 to 7/8 (storage cap adjustment applies only to Standard/Advanced Implants).
Level 15 Branch Skill—Expanded Ammo Bay: Increases the storage cap from 9 to 10/12 (applies only to Standard/Advanced Implants).
Level 45 Active Skill—Suppressive Fire: Upon activation, instantly loads 4 Rapid-firing Ammo instead of 1. Increases the velocity decrease effect from 30% to 40%.
Sniping Technology
Passive Attribute: Added a 1-10% Strike Cannon Damage Bonus (scales with Implant level)
Active Skill—Sniping Technology: Sniping Technology now has an additional effect, increasing critical hit chance by 0.05/0.1/0.2/0.25% per stack (values correspond to Experimental/Basic/Standard/Advanced bonuses).
Level 45 Active Skill—Evasive Maneuvers: New effect added: While the skill is active, increases cannon range by 25%.
Support Projection
Passive Attribute: Added a 5-25% Missile Damage Bonus (scales with Implant level).
Range-extending Warhead: Removed the damage penalty. Precision Warhead: Removed the damage penalty, and adjusted the explosion radius reduction effect from 20-50% to 10-40%.
Level 30 Branch Skill—ECM Warhead: Removed the damage penalty.
Level 30 Branch Skill—EMP Warhead: Removed the damage penalty. The final capacitor neutralization value is now affected by the target's Capacitor Warfare Resistance.
Warhead Charge
Range-extending Warhead: Removed the damage penalty. Precision Warhead: Removed the damage penalty, and adjusted the explosion radius reduction effect from 20-50% to 10-40%.
Warhead Charge Advanced Unit damage penalty-related bonuses now changed to damage bonuses.
Tactical Missile
Passive Attribute: Added a 5-25% Warp Scrambler/Disruptor Range Bonus (scales with Implant level).
Active Skill - Tactical Missile: Increases the damage bonus from 6-60% to 8-80%. The skill's related effects will automatically deactivate upon destroying the target or removing target locking.
Level 15 Branch Skill - Focused Locking: The skill's related effects will now automatically deactivate upon destroying the target or removing target locking.
We will continue to monitor the performance of other implants and gradually perform balance adjustments.
Close-In Control System
A type of close-in defense gun fire control module that can be activated or deactivated based on battlefield conditions. It can increase or decrease the number of locking targets and tracking performance of close-in defense guns.
How to obtain: Obtain the blueprint through Capital Ship Proving Grounds and manufacture it
Market Update
Implant Neural Compiler (Clone Bound) now supports refining to more advanced models from inferior models. The refining function for Ascension Neural Compilers has been removed.
All structure components can be reprocessed into raw materials such as Tritanium without requiring skill training.
Structure Update
Level 4 Corporation Bastion now supports downgrading. Note that after downgrading, super capital ships previously docked in the bastion can undock, but they can't dock again once undocked.
New Starmap Optimization and Issue Fixes
Fixed an issue where the right-side filter on iPad devices was partially cropped.
Fixed an issue where unauthorized cynosure and over-distance cynosure were not displayed in cynosural mode.
Optimized the loading speed when opening the starmap for the first time.
Adjusted the size of starmap operation buttons to fit various devices.
Starmap now hides the location display of offline fleet members.
The new system starmap now include a settings record function. When enabled, it will retain the filter settings from the last session. A relogin record feature will be added later.
In Sovereignty mode and Sovereignty Conflict mode, the systems occupied by Capsuleers at the system level will now display the Alliance tag and Corporation tag.
Added a system distance measurement feature, allowing measurement of the distance between two systems.
Adjustments will be made in the following areas in future patches:
Optimized visual effects by reducing the brightness and saturation of the starmap, enhancing the contrast between selected and unselected states, and improving the explanatory display of certain UI elements.
Support for selecting systems by clicking at the Constellation level.
The Klein Well now distinguishes between Capital Ship Wells and Wormholes.
The new starmap is still in testing. Capsuleers are welcome to provide suggestions during the experience, and future iterations will continue to optimize based on feedback.
Corporation Clash Event
To improve the Corporation Clash experience, CONCORD encourages Capsuleer to initiate clashes to help optimize the experience. Corporations and Capsuleers participating in Corporation Clashes during the designated period will receive specially distributed combat readiness rewards.
Event Duration: January 17, 2026, 17:00-18:00 (UTC+0)
Event Requirements: The clash must occur during the event period. The clash scale is limited to 50-player or 100-player battles, with no restrictions on tonnage or losses, as long as it takes place within the event timeframe.
Reward criteria: During the event, your Corporation Tech level must be at least 5, and at least 50 valid Corporation members must have entered the battlefield.
Event Rewards: Participating Corporations will receive 10 30-day Corporation Omega as rewards. Participating Capsuleers (Corporation members who entered the battlefield) will receive 20 Ascension Neural Compilers (Clone Bound) and 1,000,000 Lazarus Units.
To prevent abuse of rewards, any Corporation found using a large number of low-level abnormal accounts to participate will be permanently suspended and will not receive any rewards.
Store Adjustment
The opening hours of the Underground Market have been extended.
The deluxe supply items in the CONCORD Pass Shop's Nanocore material section have been changed to generic non-tradable materials, and the CONCORD Credit cost for these items has been reduced.
Optimizations
Corporation Tech now allows previewing the specific bonuses of all tech levels.
The report function in the chat interface has been adjusted from single-click activation to long-press activation.
Optimized the collision model of level 4 Corporation citadels and adjusted the warp target point range.
Optimized navigation logic to now ignore all unopened stargates.
When there are still Corporation construction yet to be delivered, the Corporation Office cannot be closed.
Added a notification blocking feature, allowing players to enable or disable certain feature notifications in the settings interface. When disabled, corresponding gameplay notifications (e.g., market transactions, mission completions) will no longer pop up on the Home Screen.
Added a new skill reset notification. When there are expired but not reset skills, the skill interface will remind you to reset them upon opening.
Optimized the contract interface. You can now view the detailed information of the issuer in the contract interface and directly open their Business Card.
Optimized the KM query mechanism by adding condition checks to prevent unauthorized queries from bot accounts.
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where the Superbia did not display kill marks.
Fixed an issue where certain high-tonnage Sansha ships would carry and drop small modules.
Fixed an issue where credential identity markers overlapped with Corporation Standing icons in the chat channel. A subsequent fix will address the issue of credential markers exposing information while in disguise mode.
Corrected the description on the gameplay introduction page for Etherium Reach.
Fixed the detection logic of the Advanced Scanner, which can now detect all disguised Capsuleers.
Fixed an issue where entering the Dormant Realm could potentially fail.
Fixed an issue where Capital Ship jump drive boosters could not integrate with other Capital Ship Navigation Rigs.
Fixed an issue where some attribute descriptions of weapon modules could be incorrect (e.g., the Yan-Jung Remote Armor System Refactoring would display different effects for Shield Field function before and after fitting).
Fixed an issue where carrying a “Homecoming” Spatial Rift Fiber III (Clone Bound) would prevent other needle fibers from being activated.
Fixed an issue where reconstructing the Silver Waltz cores on 4 Imperial battleships could sometimes result in no shield appearing in the secondary attributes.
Fixed an issue where in rare cases you might be unable to leave the gameplay System.
Fixed an issue where auxiliary Structures such as Cloaked Jammer Towers and Satellite Drilling Arrays could not be targeted with Offense.
